Patients complete our virtual assessment form with case details and 9 clinical photos. We filter for clinical fit and route qualified patients to the closest partner clinic.

Patient App & Scheduling

Patients track phase progress, see appointments, and message support in the NextGen Alygn app. Reminders cut no-shows. Photos reviewed remotely between visits.

Treatment planning support

Our orthodontic team produces a digital plan from your 3D scan. You review, request changes, and approve before manufacturing. Complex cases beyond general practice scope are referred to a specialist orthodontist, so you never take on a case beyond your comfort level.
